We finally have created a cable to hydro conversion specific to the 88 pedal assembly for the 1988 Honda Civic Hatchback, Sedan and CRX. (This will not fit wagon)
You no longer need to track down a 1989-1991 pedal assembly to use our conversion for your 88 car. These cars are older enough and in many cases have been previously modified. Make sure your pedals does not have a Neutral Safety Switch. It sure look like the assembly photographed in this listing.
We consider our part specific to the chassis and does not matter what transmission or swap you plan to use. Just like a naturally hydraulic equipped vehicle, such as, EG,EK,DC all you have to do is add the slave that belongs to that transmission.
Options
1. EFV88 bracket, Wilwood Master, Billet Reservoir and complete DA multi piece clutch line. We consider this our “COMPLETE KIT”. This kit is essentially universal and will work with any swap you plan to use. Whether B or K series just add the slave that matches the transmission you plan to use.

2. EFV88 bracket, Wilwood Master, Billet Reservoir, Line Cable B Series slave, Adapter and linkage. This option includes virtually the same parts as #1 but includes a linkage kit. This kit allows you to use our conversion with a cable B series transmission. For example, you're currently using a cable B series but your cable keeps breaking or your tired of the inconsistency of the cable stretch. You're considering swapping to a hydraulic transmission. You may not need to, just to convert to a hydraulic system. An adapter allow you to bolt the included slave to the OEM cable clutch fork arm eliminating the cable altogether. Just below this description is a link to our YouTube channel showing how this works.
3. Finally! You can now convert your FWD cable D series (L3 or ZC) To hydro. our brand new kit includes an adapter that will allow you to bolt on the included slave to your cable FWD D series. The kit includes everything from option #1
4B. EFV88 bracket, 3/4in Wilwood Master, Billet Reservoir, Clutch line and B SERIES Bearing. This option features everything to make it a complete kit but also comes Clutch Master Hydraulic release bearing. This bearing is often used with Twin and Triple disc clutches. The master is sized with a proper 3/4in master recommended by Clutch Master to ensure complete disengagement. This master size in combination with the heavy pressure plate fingers will increase pedal pressure (feel heavier) that is normal and should be expected.

REQUIRES: Removal of the drive side air vent and fresh air duct (can not be reused)
