The front features 4.5 of wheel flare on each fender. Fenders bolt on in stock locations. The front bumper cover can attach onto the stock core support, however, Chad designed the bumper with the front support removed. The core support is removed the frame rails naturally open wider than OEM. The bumper and fenders will meet each other well. Using an OEM core the bumper will need to be pulled in tighter to the meet the fenders like how ours are in the photos.

Most aftermarket front bumper covers — especially 3-piece front ends and widened fenders — will require a custom mounting solution. This is due to the near-infinite combinations of turbo manifolds, intercoolers, and radiator setups. A universal “one-size-fits-all” mounting system is not realistic.

Be advised: A custom mounting solution will be required by the end user.

Fiberglass Expectations & Surface Prep

Fiberglass body panels in most cases will not fit perfectly like OEM stamped steel parts.

Expect:

• Body work prep prior to paint
• Minor surface refinement
• Block sanding and finish work

Air Pockets & Surface Repairs

Fiberglass manufacturing can occasionally produce small air pockets or voids within the surface.

We inspect every panel prior to shipping. If air pockets are found, we repair them before the product leaves our facility. These repairs are structurally sound and are part of normal composite panel finishing.

You may see:

• Filled or feathered repair areas
• Sanded sections where voids were corrected
• Minor surface refinements

This is normal for hand-laid fiberglass panels and is not considered a defect.

Final prep, blocking, and paint work remain part of the standard finishing process for fiberglass body components.

Shipping & Freight Information

This product ships via freight.

Please allow 7–10 business days for freight preparation before carrier pickup is scheduled.

Each front end is:

• Inspected
• Surface checked
• Repaired (if needed)
• Professionally packaged
• Placed into a hand-built wooden crate

We build each crate in-house to properly protect the product during freight transit. This process takes time and is part of ensuring your front end arrives safely.

Transit time will vary depending on location and freight carrier scheduling.
